Hygienist Karen was very professional and did one of the best cleaning's I've experienced yet. When I explained about my dry mouth she was very understanding. Tim was great, very cheerful and made me relax, best Dentist I've every had and explains in detail when he's working in my teeth and needs to do a little work on them. Like the Fluoride treatment which my teeth needed Doug also agrees with me, but in his case he didn't need any treatment.

I would like to personally thank the clinic for the professional heart warming thoughts and concerns of the patient, coming down to fit me in on short notice during the bank holiday is above and beyond, got treated with care and compassion, even after a few days I got a phone call which I felt touched. I will definitely be looking at the plan’s they have in place for future treatment

I highly recommend Waterside Dental Clinic. I have had several procedures over the last couple of years and have always received high quality treatments. Reception staff, nurses, hygiene staff and all dentists are pleasant, kind, gentle and especially reassuring with nervous patients. To say I'm nervous about going to a dental appointment is an understatement but after my consultation yesterday with Dr Peter Doyle the nerves have gone. I had two fillings, repair of a chipped tooth and an extraction, he explained the treatment and also answered any questions I had in relaxed surroundings, just an appointment with the hygienist now. If you are nervous/petrified of visiting the dentist I recommend you go to Waterside. Thank you Dr Doyle, the nurses and reception staff.
